Are research studies helpful?

Not if you read too many of them. Here are three studies which arrived at different understandings based on their observations.

Did you have a good night’s sleep? See how important it is for our good health. This is a well-known fact that sleep is important to one’s activity the next day – now, there is enough proof to substantiate our thoughts.

Another study says that if you are in a bad mood, it is good for you!!! While cheerfulness fosters creativity, gloominess breeds attentiveness and careful thinking – either way it is a win-win situation for us. Not so sure – need to revisit this study when I am in a bad one J

Yet another study says that Nonsense sharpens one’s intellect. Hmmm…
